Scope and Acceptance
These Bonus Terms & Conditions govern any bonus, freechip-style offer, or promotion presented by Mmk121 (the “Bonus”). By accepting or using a Bonus, you agree to be bound by these terms and the specific terms accompanying the promotion. Where the promotion terms differ, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Eligibility
To participate in any Bonus, you must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to gamble in your jurisdiction, and have a valid, active Mmk121 account that has undergone identity verification (KYC). Only one Bonus may be active per person, per household, per IP address, per device, or per payment method unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Bonus Types and Activation

- No-Deposit Bonus: awarded without a deposit and subject to wagering and withdrawal limits defined in the promotion terms.

Activation methods vary by promotion and may require automatic grant, manual opt-in, or the use of a promotion code. Mmk121 reserves the right to modify activation methods or withdraw a promotion at its sole discretion.
Wagering Requirements and Contributions
Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus funds or winnings derived from a Bonus may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Game contribution toward wagering is: Slots 100%, Table Games 5%, Live Casino 3%, Video Poker 0%, and any other games as indicated in the promotion terms. Jackpot games contribute 0% toward wagering. Wagering progress is visible in the user account under the Promotions or Bonus section.
Restrictions on Games and Play
During the wagering period, certain games or features may be restricted. Restricted games include all Jackpot titles unless otherwise stated. The use of Bonus funds to play restricted games or to exploit wagering requirements may void the Bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet allowed while a Bonus is active is the equivalent of 5 in the account currency per wager, unless a promotion specifies a different cap.
Withdrawal, Forfeiture, and Cashout
Bonuses and any winnings derived from Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met. If you request a withdrawal, deposit additional funds, or disable the Bonus before completing wagering, the Bonus funds and any related progress will be forfeited. Any winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to the applicable cashout cap, not exceeding five times the bonus amount, unless the promotion terms provide a different limit.
Expiry and Forfeiture
Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the specific promotion terms. In the absence of a stated expiry, the default duration is seven (7) days from grant. If wagering requirements are not satisfied within the validity period, the Bonus and any winnings related to it will be voided and removed from the account.
Bonus Abuse, Fraud, and Account Integrity
Mmk121 maintains a strict no-tolerance policy for bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, VPN or proxy use to mask location, sharing accounts, cashing out before wagering requirements are met, stashing cash, or any action intended to exploit a Bonus. If abuse or suspected fraud is detected, Mmk121 may suspend or terminate accounts, confiscate all Bonus funds and associated winnings, and undertake further legal action as permitted by applicable law.
Single Bonus Policy and Deposits
Only one Bonus may be active per eligible person at a time. The system prioritizes real-money balances before Bonus funds for wagering. If a promotion is misconfigured, Mmk121 reserves the right to adjust balances and account details to correct the anomaly. If misuse is detected, bonuses may be withheld or revoked, and accounts may be restricted or closed.
Changes, Termination, and Governing Law
Mmk121 may modify, suspend, or terminate any Bonus program or its terms at its sole discretion at any time and without notice, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Ongoing promotions will be governed by the terms in force at the time of issue, as far as permitted by law. The Promotions Terms and this Bonus Framework are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mmk121 operates.
