Sport Betting Rules
1. Scope, Roles and Definitions
This document governs all sports betting activities conducted by Mmk121 (the Operator) on the platform for all users who hold a funded account. For the purposes of these rules the following terms apply without limitation: Bettor means an individual who places bets. Event means a defined sporting contest or market listed by the Operator. Bet means a wager placed on an Event or market. Official Result means the outcome published by the relevant governing body or, where applicable, the official event organizer for the Event.
2. Acceptance of Bets and Account Transactions
- Bet acceptance occurs when a bet is registered on the Operator's server and an online confirmation is issued. Bets are binding upon acceptance and are not subject to cancellation or modification by the Bettor after confirmation, except as provided in these rules.
- Bets are accepted only to the extent of the available balance in the Bettor’s account. Funds debited on placement and winnings credited upon settlement.
- The minimum bet per transaction is 1 unit. The maximum bet per Event is set by the Operator and may vary by sport, market and event. The Operator may, at its sole discretion, impose different maximums without notice.
- The maximum win per bet is 5,000,000 units. The Operator reserves the right to limit the maximum bet, adjust odds for individual events, and apply other restrictions to a given Bettor without notice and without explanation.
- Repeated bets on the same outcome with different odds may be deemed invalid. In such cases the winnings on the total bet may be adjusted to a multiplier of 1.0 for the affected portion, or the Bet may be voided in whole or in part as determined by the Operator.
3. Bet Types and Market Structure
- Single Bet. A bet on a single outcome of a listed Event. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the stated odds for that outcome.
- Express (Accumulator). A bet on multiple independent outcomes. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the odds of all included outcomes. A loss in any one outcome results in a loss of the entire Express.
- System. A bet on a full combination of accumulators of a defined size drawn from a preselected set of Events. The maximum number of options in a System is 184,756 and the maximum number of Events in a System is 20. Winnings equal the sum of the winnings of the component Express bets within the System.
- Market constraints. Only one dependent outcome may be included in a given Express. If two or more dependent events are included in a System, the lowest-odds outcomes are excluded as required by the System rules.
- Starting Price. SP is the official starting odds. If a participant withdraws before the start or does not participate and no SP market is formed, bets on the withdrawn participant are settled at 1.0.
4. Pricing, Data and Corrections
- Odds are published by the Operator and are binding once a bet is accepted. If an Event's official result is not published, the Operator may settle bets using official data from the governing body or, where not available, credible official sources. In the absence of official data, common, reliable sources may be used at the Operator’s discretion.
- If a market or price is published with incorrect information, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected bets or re-settle them at the correct price.
- If a technical error in the odds withdrawal process occurs, bets on the affected events are treated as settled at odds of 1.0 if applicable, and the Operator reserves the right to adjust accounts accordingly.
5. Live Betting Rules
- Live bets may be placed on main and additional live outcomes. A single live bet or a live Express may be formed during the Event, and settlements follow the live result published by the Governing Body or official sources.
- The accepted live bet is binding once the online confirmation is issued. Live bets are not editable after acceptance.
- In the event of disruptive circumstances on a live market, the Operator may settle a bet at odds of 1.0 where appropriate or suspend settlement pending verification. Bettors should rely on independent sources for real-time updates, as the Operator does not guarantee real-time accuracy of live scores.
6. Postponed, Abandoned or Rescheduled Events
- If an Event is postponed or abandoned for more than 48 hours relative to the scheduled start time, bets on that Event may be voided at the Operator’s discretion, except where an official winner has already been declared or the Event resumes within the 48-hour window and settlement is possible.
- If an Event resumes within 48 hours, bets may stand under the original terms. If the Event changes participants, venues or formats, all open Bets may be voided unless otherwise stated for the specific market.
- Bets placed after the actual start of an Event are invalid, unless they are live bets accepted during the Event.
7. Injuries, Withdrawals, Disqualifications and Forfeits
- If a participant withdraws before the Event start, bets on that participant are settled at 1.0, unless the market specifies otherwise. If a participant is disqualified or forfeits after start, settled outcomes shall be determined in accordance with the official result and the Event rules.
- If a participant or team does not take part, bets on that participant or team are settled at 1.0 unless the market has already been determined.
- In doubles or team events, changes to lineup after a market is published may lead to adjustments or voiding of certain bets as allowed by the specific market rules.
8. Results, Disputes and Settlement
- The Operator settles bets based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body or event organizer. If the official result is not available, settlement may be based on official league websites or other credible official sources as determined by the Operator.
- Bets placed on events or markets that cannot be verified by official results may be delayed or voided until verification is complete. The Operator reserves the right to suspend payments pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud or integrity concerns.
- Claims regarding results must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the end of the Event. The Operator reserves the right to request supporting documentation and to review any claim before settlement or payout is completed.
9. Corrections, Errors and Price Changes
- If an Event is incorrectly priced or a market is mispriced, the Operator may void or adjust affected bets. In cases of obvious pricing errors, the Operator may treat such bets as void or re-settle at the correct price at its discretion.
- If an Event result is revised after settlement, the Operator may adjust bets in accordance with the revised outcome and applicable rules, including refunds or payouts as required.
10. Betting Suspensions, Investigations and Fraud
- The Operator may suspend bets, accounts or settlements if there are concerns about integrity or possible breach of applicable laws or rules. In such cases, payouts may be withheld pending investigation with the relevant authorities.
- The Operator may cancel bets or withhold payment if there is evidence of fraud or attempts to manipulate markets, including via collusion, misrepresentation or false information provided to staff.
11. Rules for Market Integrity and Compliance
- All activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. The Bettor must be at least 18 years old. The Operator reserves the right to request age confirmation and identity verification (KYC) at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts failing verification or showing suspicious activity.
- The Operator conducts ongoing anti-money-laundering and anti-fraud controls. Engagement in prohibited practices may lead to account limitations, bets cancellation, or account closure without notice.
12. Data, Weather and Information Disclosure
- Line and live data, including weather conditions, are indicative only. Bettors should verify information independently when necessary. Discrepancies between sources may lead to settlement differences in accordance with the Official Result.
13. Amendments and Language
- The Operator may amend these rules at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform and become effective upon publication. The English-language version remains the official reference for interpretation unless stated otherwise.
14. Governing Law and Contact
The relationship between Mmk121 and the Bettor is governed by the laws applicable to the Operator’s licensed jurisdiction. For inquiries about these Rules, Bettors may contact the Operator via the platform’s support channels in a manner consistent with the Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
